May your Head and Heart Speak with One Voice
Is Light HeArticulating? Is This Going on All the Time? How do we Play?
Cozy in with me as we consider speaking with one coherent voice. Would we say much? What if we just shine and glow with heart centered love? Doesn’t that speak louder than words?
I drew out a tea saying out of my collection just now, and this is what it was: May your head and heart speak with One Voice. Of course it doesn’t capitalize One Voice, that’s me. Can’t help myself. Gotta sing that song of Unity whenever wherever there’s an opportunity.
Heart coherence is out there these days, isn’t it? Some kind of unified coherent state centered in the heart with a kind of uplifting feeling. Our systems function better then, and we contribute those energies to the field. The HeartMath Institute has researched this extensively. The power of it offers us great opportunities to tune in together and change the vibrational field around us and of the world.
Of course, what I would add is the belly, our second brain, the seat of the soul, and our action center. When unified coherently, wow.
May our whole systems HeArticulate with One Voice.
What does that mean, look like, feel like? What happens in me is a kind of fully embodied effulgent passionate expression. We all have these moments where what we’re thinking, feeling, and energized about all come together. Our voices are enthused, we’re gesticulating to emphasize things. It can get a bit wild and spontaneous eruptions and can be so astutely focused it would charm the skin off a snake.
It happens in singers, right? Especially when the song is singing through them: their whole soul, heart, mind and body are fully engaged. They are instruments. The vibrations of the song, its sound and meaning are resonating throughout their systems. As it speaks to us, we entrain with it, resonating along, singing along even. That vibration gets stronger, and the group of listeners coheres. There’s a feedback loop between them, an alive sense of intra-connection. The singer feels how the audience is responding, the audience feels what the singer is expressing.
I sang in a concert choir when I was in 10th grade. It’s one of the highlights of my life. The director was so good. He had us in his hands. He rehearsed us so well, that we were a coherent group letting the music sing through us.
Laughter does the same thing, when we laugh together, nice deep belly laughs, we cohere. Our energy systems combine in ways that are a kind of resonant conversation going on below conscious awareness. If we’re very open and in touch, we can feel the HeArt love within the connection and conversation.
To speak with One Voice means we are also listening to the inner Voice, that still small one, the guru/all-knowing Omniscient One that abides in silence, speaking the language of no words (to paraphrase Papaji/HWL Poonjaji).
Often our inner impartations that arise in our open awareness come in as energetic forms. These vibrations are full of information. The information is carried on and within certain frequencies that shift our energy fields’ harmonics. Our systems decode the information and translate it into concepts and words at an amazing rate.
The Art in the center of our innermost hearts’ heArticulating is endlessly creative. It involves 1. every aspect of our embodied experience together with 2. our soul’s journey, together with 3. our essential nature. It’s as easy and 1-2-3. Creativity dances energetically throughout these dimensions of our systems. When they are intra-connected in a focussed, grounded open coherent manner we are fully alive in it. It’s only natural.
We know when that’s on-line or off-line. There’s a difference in how we feel and act. The off-line sensations are the signaling from the whole system to listen up, pay attention to what’s going on in us. Many of us override these different voices for lots of reasons, often because it’s inconvenient in the moment to stop and listen deeply. What comes out then is often incoherent, not in harmony. We goof up. Yet that’s part of Light HeArticulating too.
I’ve had some trouble with modern symphonies. They often sound unmelodic, depicting the sounds of modernity that is grinding out noise, incoherent and dissociated. I’ve sat quite uncomfortably taking that sound in praying for the melodic harmonic sounds to resolve it. What a relief that is!
Isn’t that what we want in our world? For the noise of our divisiveness, fear, conflicts, wars inner and outer to resolve?
What if the answer involves our Voice? One Voice that resounds with Silence and with Love pouring through our LightHeArtists around the world. Isn’t it happening already? Can we hum and sing along with the One Voice of Peace?
Let’s sing and dance along with these LightHeArted Musicians from around the world, Playing for Change the Doobie Brother’s song “Listen to the Music”, and take a nice draught of iced tea after!
All One as Maharaji Neem Karoli Baba would say ❤️
